The Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic Alumni Association was proud to have Robert J. Tribeck, a 1987 BG graduate, as the featured speaker for the Live Your Best Life Lecture assembly, which was held on Sept. 20 at BG. Tribeck graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in economics from Penn State University in 1991, and a Juris Doctor degree, with highest distinction, from the Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law, in 1994. Upon graduation from law school, he was appointed to a federal judicial clerkship with the honorable William W. Caldwell of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Tribeck currently serves as executive vice president and chief legal officer at Post Acute Medical, a Central Pennsylvania-based healthcare system; is a partner at Rhoads and Sinon LLP, a Harrisburg-based law firm; and, in 2015, was elected as a member of the Board of Trustees of Penn State University. He resides in Enola, Pennsylvania, with his wife Karen Hummel Tribeck, also a 1987 graduate of BG, and their son and daughter.

It has become a tradition for the past several years for the alumni association to sponsor this speaker series during homecoming week at BG.

Lisa Georgiana, vice president of the alumni association, presented Tribeck to the students at the assembly. Linda Skupien, president of the alumni association, presented a gift bag to Tribeck on behalf of the alumni association in appreciation for Tribeck volunteering to give back to his alma mater and for sharing his life experiences with students.
